Text messages are impersonal

One of the reasons I started this business was because I thought we were becoming disconnected with each other - sending emails and text messages rather that a card or a handwritten note.  I wanted to encourage people to communicate more personally and in writing.  There is more emotion invested when you guide the pen across the page than when you press keys on your mobile phone.  This is why we carry such a good range of cards, note cards, stationery sets, pens and journals.  It is part of my commitment to hel0ing people communicate more.

You can’t put a text message on your mantle.
